The following terms and conditions apply to all booking organized by Biboy Diving Center. For this purpose, the term “booking” refers to diving services offered to you by Biboy Diving Center.
Any arrangements you make while on your vacation which are not made through us or in anyway in collaboration with Biboy Diving Center are ones we have no responsibility or any type of liability.
Making A Booking
When you make a booking with us you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions with knowledge of our terms n condition. A contract will exist upon our accepting any money from you towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation or itinerary, whichever is the earlier. When you make a booking with us and we accept it, the total cost of the package becomes due and payable immediately.
Our Rates
All rates are fixed at the time of the booking and generally will not be subject to any surcharges. We reserve the right to change our prices on the website at any time before you complete a paid booking, including any special rates that we may offer from time to time, which may not be the same as those published on this website.

Please note that ALL RATES are determined based on the actual time of travel, and NOT the booking date. In some cases, posted rates may expire or become invalid after the booking date and before the actual date of travel. In this case, we will confirm and charge the new rate that will be in effect at the time of travel.
Accepted Payments
Biboy Diving accepts payments thru:
- Over the counter(for walk-ins) or online banking through BPI.
- GCash, GrabPay, or Maya Via Paymongo
- Debit / Credit card payments thru PayPal. No Paypal account is needed, just choose Pay through Credit / Debit Card. Using this method is subject to an additional charge of 5% of your total amount due. Please add this additional charge when you pay using the PayPal system.
- Check payments(for walk-in locals). Checks may be accepted as payment for local travelers. Payments made by check are not considered “paid” until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment.
Receipt of Payment
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following:
- Confirmation email and your website log-in.
Changes by You
Changes in booking is allowed anytime before the scheduled date booked.
If you Cancel your Booking
Cancellations 24hour before the scheduled date is allowed but with a less of 4% booking fee for domestic(Philippines) booking and 5% booking fee for international(outside Philippines) booking to avoid spam booking and cancellation.
Cancellation within 24hour of the scheduled date is not allowed and service is considered rendered.
If we amend your booking
It is unlikely that we will have to amend your booking. However, occasionally changes may become necessary which we reserve the right to make at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. Possible reason of amendment would be unexpected closure/maintenance of site that will have us no choice but to amend booking.
Any changes will be documented and you will be notified through email.
Documentation
Where travel and health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of the Philippines Islands you may wish to visit, then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to procure them. If failure to obtain any such documents results in fines, surcharges or any other financial penalty being imposed upon us, then you agree to reimburse us accordingly. You must ascertain by consulting your own doctor, if necessary the specific precautions deemed prudent for the country or destination you intend to visit and to ensure that the appropriate medication, inoculations or other precautions are taken.
Conditions of Carriage & Accommodations
We are neither a carrier nor a provider of hotel accommodations. We only offer diving services. Outside diving services, we don’t hold responsibility or any kind of liability.
Termination of your booking
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your travel without notice should your behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to you.
Complaints
If a problem arises during your trip, please contact us immediately, so we can help you.
To file a complaint online, please send your complaint to, admin@biboydiving.com and type complaint in the subject line.
Please Note: If you do not follow our complaint procedure, we CAN NOT accept responsibility for your complaint, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf, and where possible, help you to resolve the problem.
Applicable Law
Any contract or dispute between us and these conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippines law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
Effective Date
Effective until/unless otherwise amended.
