We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation terms and refund conditions to help you book with confidence.


📅 Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility:

  • More than 72 hours before the activity
    ➤ 100% Refund

  • 24 to 72 hours before the activity
    ➤ 80% Refund

  • Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show
    ➤ No Refund


🌧️ Weather & Safety Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Unsafe sea conditions

  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, you will be given the option to:

  • Rebook on a later date

  • Or receive a full refund


🔄 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking:

  • At least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)

  • No additional fees apply unless price differences exist between packages


💳 Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
