📅 Guest Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible.

More than 72 hours before the activity

🌧️ Weather & Safety Cancellations
Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to:
Bad weather
Unsafe sea conditions
Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, you will be given the option to:
Rebook on a later date
Or receive a full refund

You may reschedule your booking:
At least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)
No additional fees apply unless price differences exist between packages
💳 Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
