1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information during booking.

  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments

  • Full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

  • Prices are quoted in PHP, no hidden fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone.
Refund policies are as follows:

  • More than 72 hours before: Full refund

  • 24–48 hours before: 80% refund

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather, safety, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Health & Safety

  • All divers and guests must comply with safety instructions provided by our dive professionals.

  • A valid diving certification (for certified dives) may be required.

  • You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unfit to dive or participate safely.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biboy Diving Center and its staff shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses caused by negligence, natural causes, or third parties.

  • Personal items lost or damaged during the activity.

Participation in diving activities involves inherent risks which you voluntarily assume.

  • You may not use our site for unlawful purposes.

  • Content on our website is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
